February and March 2010

The Discovery Center of Idaho. Had fun with the Carters. This place was a little too advanced for Austin but he did love this "floating ball".

We had our Ultrasound on the 17th of March and we found out that we were having a Girl!!! We could not be happier to be expecting our second child and even more thrilled that its a girl. That night we also had a dinner party for our friend Maddi that was leaving for a month to visit family. She showed up with this cake for me. She is such a sweetie!

January 2010

This was an exciting month! We had our first ultrasound at what I thought was 12 weeks, turns out that I was really only 10 weeks along. Which puts my due date at July 31st, 2010. Here are some pics of the baby.

We took austin to a place called Rafiki in Boise. He had lots of fun playing air hockey and climbing the structures. Burnt up lots of energy that day.

December 2009 Christmas in Oregon

For Christmas we flew to Oregon to be with our Family. This was the First Christmas without Grandpa Veenker.
Here is Austin on the air plane. He LOVED flying. Everytime he sees or hears a plane he points and says "papa". I think he remembers Grandpa and his planes.

Christmas morning was Great! We did the tree at Leslie's house with her and Travis, TJ, My Dad and us three. The Boys had so much fun opening gifts together!

Zoo Lights at the Oregon Zoo. Stood in line for almost 3 hours for a 10 minute Train Ride to see the lights and Half of them were not working. Will never do that again!

October and November 2009!

We went to the pumpkin patch with our friends who we consider extended Family, The Carters.

Melessa, her two kids, JayLee and Shawn and Austin and I at the top of the Hay Stack!Austin Being a dare devil, as usual. He had So much fun jumping off the Hay into Nicks arms. Luckliy Nick never missed catching him. =)

Carving Pumpkins!!!

We went trick or treating on base with the Carters and our other good friends, The Lobers. Their little boy would not hold still for the picture, so this is Austin as Batman, Shawn as a Ninja Turtle and JayLeee as Bell. I had a horrible time finding a costume for austin this year. First he was going to be a skelaton but he wouldnt keep the mask on, then I got him a clown outfit, but didnt try it on him till the Day of halloween.....it ended up being too small, so we ended up borrowing the batman costume from Melessa, thankfully she had kept it from when shawn wore it! Austin Got TONS of Candy this year!!!!

In November we found out that we were expecting baby number 2!!! So excited! Other than that November was a pretty quiet uneventful month. We had a big Thanksgiving day dinner with all our Friends. Good food and Good company....It was a great Day!
